For myself I like the bangle to be almost difficult to get on so its not too loose on the wrist and once mine is on I leave it there. I have been wearing mine constant for a few months and have yet to have issues with it catching or bothering me and I do think it is because of the tighter fit. For reference my wrist is 6” and the widest part of me hand/ knuckles is 8.25” Circumference and I would choose a Size 3 even though its tight there is less excess material once on my wrist.
